WEDDING COORDINATION PACKAGES






Supremely Blissful (Full Coordination with emcee)

This service starts nine months to one year before the wedding.
This start-to-finish service provides all the help you need from consultation and conceptualization of a budget, documentation, wedding details and suppliers until the completion of wedding day itself.

§ Free initial consultation with the bride and groom
§ Ongoing consultation and advice
§ Working on a budget
§ Create and maintain a schedule, timeline, and a checklist
§ Assist in finding the perfect location: Church or Ceremony Venue, Reception Venue and Caterer.
§ Refer and set-up appointment with various pre-screened Vendors, Wedding Gowns, Caterer, Printer, Florist, Cakes, Photographer, Videographers, Bridal Car, Sound System and others.
§ Assist in the selection of wedding attire and accessories
§ Assist in negotiations and reviewing contracts with vendors.
§ Assist in reviewing wordings, design and mailing of invitations
§ Assist in composing and selecting readings for the ceremony, misallete or wedding program.
§ Guest management, floor plan layout, and seating arrangements.Assist on confirmation of guest attendance, tracking RSVP’s and other guests.
§ Ceremony planning: selection of music for ceremony & reception; assist in preparing the technical script, emcee's script, and wedding program for the reception
§ Plan and Coordinate Wedding Rehearsal.
§ Orientation of specific roles of the entourage and other participants for church and reception.
§ Over all management of the wedding ceremony and reception.
§ Attend to the bride and her needs before the ceremony.
§ Supervision of the venue set-up (Church and Reception )
§ Coordinate and confirm with all the vendors chosen in reviewing details of arrangements.
§ Instruct all attendants of their duties during the ceremony and reception.
§ Assist in giving out souvenirs, special gifts, and/or other items.
§ Staffing on the event day to assure a smooth flow of the wedding ceremony and reception.

The following will be able to take care of 150-250 guests:

P 40,000.00

We only accept 1 to 3 events in a month to allow personalized attention and service to each client. There will be a contract, accompanied by a deposit to reserve the date of event. Once the event is reserve no other event will be booked on that day.Fifty (50%) percent deposit (half of the initial deposit is the reservation fee which is non-refundable). Another thirty percent (30%) shall be paid two weeks before the event and the remaining balance must be settled in full right after the reception.

For out-of-town events, our service fee is subject for quotation.
